Nubuck leather – Soft and smooth to the touch, the grain appearance and texture of the rawhide is retained, achieved by manually applying a delicate buff finish to the softly tanned grain sides one by one.
Vegetable tanned leather – Ritzwell’s vegetable tanned leather is distinguished for its tough and resilient finish, which is smoother than ordinary vegetable tanned leather due to a special compounding ratio of tannin agents such as chestnut and mimosa. This highest caliber leather features subtle variations in color and shade created by the hand-dyed aniline finish and the natural appearance of grain leather that stands out by loosening the fibers.
Pure aniline leather – This luxurious pure aniline leather uses only selected domestic high-grade hides produced in Hokkaido prefecture, finished with aniline dye. The supple and moderately resilient texture of the leather is produced by highly advanced tanning and dyeing techniques, and a beautiful appearance with natural grain and wrinkles on the translucent grain side, which is unique to aniline finish. The leather is finished with an ultrathin topcoat to make it smoother, and its moist leather texture brings a more premium look.
