Prevalent Projects is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information to process your order. If you choose to receive marketing material, you will receive our monthly email newsletter and occasional emails about insider deals and offers. We will never share your information with third parties.
We use cookies to enhance your shopping experience at Prevalent Projects. When you first connect to our site, the cookie identifies your browser with a unique, random number. The cookies we use do not reveal any personal information about you, but give us a general idea of which products are popular and where people are going. They never show us your individual browsing activity. You are not required to use cookies and you can decline cookies through your browser preference options. However, some functionality of our site may not work as well if you disable them.
SHIPPING POLICY
Why do we charge for shipping?
We use a premier freight carrier that uses padded cargo containers that are climate controlled. Our damage rate for last year was less than 0.02%. Every item shipped is scanned and photographed as it moves though shipping warehouses, we do not use forklifts and hand carry your all your valuable furniture items.
DELIVERY POLICIES: Once an order is ready to be scheduled for delivery, the customer must schedule the delivery within 7 days to avoid storage fees. Such fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid before delivery can take place. If the delivery requires a COI, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any associated fees.
SMALL ITEM SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard Ground Shipping is available for small items. Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
For any orders below $75, we offer ground shipping at a flat rate of $10 per order.
FURNITURE/LARGE ITEM SHIPPING OPTIONS
Threshold Delivery
‘Threshold’ delivery on furniture and large items includes your order being delivered ‘across the threshold’ in the first dry area available. This includes areas such as the first floor of your home or apartment building. ‘Threshold’ delivery does not include an order being taken up any flights of stairs or any unpacking of removal of debris.
White-Glove Delivery
White-Glove delivery on furniture and large items includes your order being delivered into the desired room in your home. Your order will be unpackaged and all debris will be removed. ‘White Glove’ delivery does not include moving of other furniture in your home.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
At this time, we do not ship outside of the continental U.S.
RETURN POLICY
SMALL ITEMS RETURNS
In the case of merchandise returns, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the shipping return costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns require prior email authorization. Please email us at info@prevalentprojects.com.
CUSTOM ORDER FURNITURE RETURNS
Unfortunately, custom, made-to-order, and other non-stocked furniture items are non-returnable.
FURNITURE RETURN POLICY
Please read carefully prior to placing your order.
We want you to love your purchase. We will work with you to make it right if you receive an item that is damaged or defective and reported as such upon delivery.
Please be sure to measure carefully, thoughtfully consider your purchase, and contact us for any assistance you need prior to placing your order. We are happy to send samples whenever possible.
Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. Note any damage observed on the delivery slip before signing for delivery, take photos of packaging and contents. Please contact us immediately should an item you received arrive damaged. Please retain all packaging until your matter is resolved as items may be required to ship back to the manufactures warehouse. Claims must be reported within 48 hours.

For all returns, the cost of outbound shipping and return shipping are not refundable. Please ensure that your item is well-packaged to prevent damage and fully insured for return shipment.
We will issue your refund or store credit, less any associated shipping cost, within 48 hours of receiving your return.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Any order that is in transit and refused is subject to a 50% restocking fees and any shipping expenses incurred.
