Raw metal, polished metal, and painted versions are generally ready to ship immediately. Patinated editions are made to order, with a lead time of 4-5 weeks.

Returns + Exchanges – Stocked items

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for stocked items within 30 days of purchase. Clients will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

Returns + Exchanges – Made-to-Order items

Please be sure to measure carefully and thoughtfully consider custom and made-to-order purchases. These items are non-returnable or exchangeable. We cannot cancel delayed orders resulting from manufacturing or shipping delays. We will apply a 50% restocking fee (plus shipment costs) for any refused deliveries. 

Making it right
