Frame – Select hardwood and green grade plywood, covered with zero off-gassing foam and polyester fiber

Suspension – 3” undirectional webbing

Seat Cushions – Down envelope wrapped multi-density/IFD polyurethane foam with polyester fiber

Back cushion – 90% white goose feather, 10% white goose down

Upholstery – Fabrics; all edges are serged and top stitched

Legs – Solid oak

We are diligent about selecting trustworthy carriers to ensure that your items arrive safely and as quickly as possible. 

Returns + Exchanges – Stocked items

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for stocked items within 30 days of purchase. Clients will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

Returns + Exchanges – Made-to-Order items

Please be sure to measure carefully and thoughtfully consider custom and made-to-order purchases. These items are non-returnable or exchangeable. We cannot cancel delayed orders resulting from manufacturing or shipping delays. We will apply a 50% restocking fee (plus shipment costs) for any refused deliveries. 

Making it right

We partner with the best artisans and most reputable carriers to make sure your order arrives in excellent condition. We’ll work with you to make it right if you receive an item that is damaged or defective and reported as such upon delivery. We want you to love your purchase!
