Handwoven from 100% undyed natural New Zealand wool

Use a vacuum cleaner without a brush. Vacuum frequently when the carpet is new as it will shed fluff for a period. Always vacuum in the direction of the pile. Rotate the rug twice a year to avoid uneven wear. Place felt under the feet of heavy furniture to prevent damage. Be aware that colors may fade if exposed to strong sunlight for extended periods. Staining from the backside may occur, so use an underlay on delicate surfaces.

Returns + Exchanges – In stock items

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for items stocked at Prevalent Projects within 30 days of purchase. Clients will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

Returns + Exchanges – Ready to ship items

We accept returns and exchanges for “Ready to ship” items, provided the return is made within 14 days of purchase and with the original packaging. Clients will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions. If the return is made later than 14 days and/or without the original packaging, we will apply an additional 25% restocking fee.

Returns + Exchanges – Made to order items

Please be sure to measure carefully and thoughtfully consider custom and made-to-order purchases. These items are non-returnable or exchangeable. We cannot cancel delayed orders resulting from manufacturing or shipping delays. We will apply a 50% restocking fee (plus shipment costs) for any refused deliveries.
