The lamp is only intended for indoor use. We advise our customers to seek professional assistance when installing the product. New Works ApS will not take responsibility for faulty or wrongful installation.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Turn off the electricity before cleaning the canopy. Wipe the product with a soft dry or moist cloth. Do not use any abra- sive cleaning tools, and never use strong cleaning agents such as household glass cleaner, white spirit, turpentine.

Returns + Exchanges – Stocked items

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for stocked items within 30 days of purchase. Clients will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

Returns + Exchanges – Made-to-Order items

Please be sure to measure carefully and thoughtfully consider custom and made-to-order purchases. These items are non-returnable or exchangeable. We cannot cancel delayed orders resulting from manufacturing or shipping delays. We will apply a 50% restocking fee (plus shipment costs) for any refused deliveries.
