Due to the nature of clay and the manufacturing process, variations in shade, colour, and size of up to 5% are considered a natural characteristic. The ceramic slip is mixed by hand and swirls in the ceramics are considered a hallmark of the handmade.

Returns + Exchanges – Stocked items

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for stocked items within 30 days of purchase. Clients will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions.

Returns + Exchanges – Made-to-Order items

Please be sure to measure carefully and thoughtfully consider custom and made-to-order purchases. These items are non-returnable or exchangeable. We cannot cancel delayed orders resulting from manufacturing or shipping delays. We will apply a 50% restocking fee (plus shipment costs) for any refused deliveries.
